We support the Sedgwick County CHIP

This Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) summarizes results of a 2015 Community Health Assessment designed to evaluate health needs for Sedgwick County residents. The CHIP also details the methods and findings from a 2016 community engagement process to identify priority health needs and to develop goals and strategies for health improvement in Sedgwick county. This process was led by the Health Alliance.
